Why was NSL created?
We founded NSL to give people who love a good smell an opportunity to get that without sacrificing their health. We want to promote the importance of what you breathe in.
Are your products safe and Non-toxic?
Yes! Our candles and diffusers are made with non-toxic ingredients and are free from phthalates, parabens, dyes, and harsh chemicals. We’re committed to creating safer options for your home and car.
PRODUCT CARE
How do i care for my candle to get the best burn?
Trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn, let the wax melt all the way across on the first burn, and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
CANDLES
What's in our candles?
Our candles are hand-poured using a clean-burning blend of coconut & soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and either cotton or wood wicks. We never use paraffin, synthetic dyes, or toxic additives
Are your candles safe for pets and kids?
We avoid harmful toxins, but we still recommend burning candles in a well-ventilated area and out of reach of children and pets. Always monitor burning candles.
What's the burn time of your candles?
Burn time varies by size:
- 3 oz = 8-12 hours
- 10 oz = 30-35 hours
- 15 oz = 40-45 hours
- 22 oz = 75-80 hours
These times are calculated assuming that you properly trim your wick to 1/4 inch and that your candle burns with a controlled flame
What if my candle arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and proof of purchase and we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
What makes your candles eco-friendly?
We use sustainable materials like plant-based waxes, recyclable glass jars, and eco-conscious packaging. Our wicks are lead-free and our scents are derived from natural or premium fragrance oils, making them a cleaner choice for the planet, and your home!
DIFFUSERS
Do your car diffusers contain synthetic fragrances?
No. Our car diffusers are made with 100% pure essential oils and a plant-based diffuser base, making them a non-toxic, organic, and eco-friendly car air freshener alternative.
Do I need this plastic stoper for my diffuser?
We highly recommend that you keep it, it will come in handy for when the diffuser is not in use. If left alone in high temperature without the stopper inserted the oils will evaporate, lowering your diffusers lifespan.
How long do the car diffusers last?
The life of your car diffuser depends on temperature, how often used, and driving habits.
How do I preserve my car diffuser?
When not in use, reinsert the plastic stopper to prevent further evaporation.
